Yes, all of our sports holoballs are shipped inflated for your convenience! But if you need to inflate them further, the process is the same as with any standard ball. You will need a needle and an air device, such as a pump or air compressor.

Elvte's holoballs are suitable for outdoor and indoor use. Made from durable materials, they can withstand outdoor play while retaining their reflective properties. To restore the ball's reflectivity after playing outside, wipe it down with a wet paper towel or wet wipe and then dry it off.

When the holographic leather gets wet, it covers the reflection and reduces the glow effect. However, the balls can still be used in wet environments without permanently damaging the leather. To restore the full glow effect, we recommend drying the ball completely with a dry towel.

If you would like to initiate a return, please email contact@elvteathletics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. We will process the return within 3-5 business days after receiving the package. The refund will be for the item minus the cost of the return shipping.
